Dr. K. Tokivi comes from a devoted Pastor’s family of Late I. Kishelho Katty and K. Lutoli Katty, who is a native of Aotsakilimi Village, Zunheboto District, Nagaland. He is married to Heshi Singson and is blessed with a son, Kughushe Katty. He received Doctor of Theology (D.Th.) degree from South Asia Theological Research Institute (SATHRI) in 2019 from the Senate of Serampore University. He is also the author of the book: Understanding Communalism in India: A Critical Study on the Interpretation of Asghar Ali Engineer. Currently he is teaching at Manipur Theological College, Kangpokpi as Associate Professor in the Department of Religion.
