Bhupesh Gupta

A giant, a magnate, a manager par excellence, with over 35 years of experience in real estate business development, legal &liaising work, Bhupesh was a dynamic and vibrant professional who worked with all major real estate organizations in the country.

Bhupesh was a pro-active and result-oriented expert who rose from strength to strength in a short span of time. He held senior director-level positions and spearheaded a wide spectrum of activities comprising project conceptualization, site selection, consolidation of lands, financial feasibility studies and fund raising to name just a few.

He was a keen strategist and analyst with exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills that helped him liaise with financial institutions and other external agencies, managing dispute and conflict.

His handling of PAN India operations in the states of Haryana, Delhi(NCR), Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Punjab amounting to approximately an area of 441 Million Sq. ft of Residential and Commercial Projects is the stuff text books are made of.

He was an active member of the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana, Delhi High Court Bar Association , Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, a member of IABL ‘International Association of Business Leaders, a member of ICA 'International Council of Arbitrators’, many charitable societies andcultural clubs.

Bhupesh actively participated in workshops, scripted insightful articles for dailies and delivered lectures on crisis management, legalities in real estate business, structuring and restructuring of  real estate transactions, andcreation and management of SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles). Bhupesh was invited to speak at the ‘14th International Conference of Young Entrepreneurs ’at Geneva.

Widely travelled, he was extremely fond of music and poetry writing.  Bhupesh loved swimming, table tennis, and lawn tennis among many other sporting and recreational activities.

A visionary, he dreamt of establishing fruit orchards everywhere in the country so that every single citizen could access free, fresh and juicy fruits anytime and all the time. Being true to himself, all he wanted was to see everyone enjoying simple pleasures.
