Comfort Management in Hospitality & Tourism Industry

Dr. Mohit Chandra is a Professor with National Council of Hotel Management (NCHM-IH, Noida) under ministry of Tourism, Government of India. He received his PhD in Hospitality & Tourism from Singhania University, Rajasthan, Master’s Degree MBA and MTTM from IGNOU; He had accomplished his hotel Management from IHM, Gwalior (NCHMCT). Graduated in Military Sciences from Lucknow University. He is Certified Learning Facilitator (CLF) Lucerne, Swiss pedagogy.

Dr. Chandra has been Director Amity University, Lucknow, and Dean with Babu Banarsi das University Lucknow. Dr. Chandra has worked in Hospitality & Travel Industry as General Manager, Resident Managers etc. In Hospitality sector has worked with ITC Sheraton, Clarks Group, Great Value. He is Editorial board member of RPA International Tourism & Hospitality Journal, London, U.K., besides other International Journals.

In Tourism Industry has worked as an affiliate to Bales worldwide, A&K etc.

He has been awarded with National Scholarship by Western Hotel & Restaurant Association of India, Mumbai. Dr Chandra has about 25 years of experience in industry and academics.

He has several research papers in National & International Journals besides have chaptered in various books. Has attended various National and International conferences in India and abroad.

His domains of expertise include Market Research, Principles of marketing management etc.

He has written two books including guest retention strategy. He was awarded the Global Education and Corporate Leadership award of Best Academician of the year 2018 Award and MTC Global award 2019 at world education summit.
