A Tree Named Poetree

(1 customer review)

The book is a collection of poems which has been written in the last decade. Most of the poems were written between 2016- 2020. The subjects are varied, and are the outcome of feelings and emotions.

The poet believes poetry is the inference of thought, dream, discernment, and imagination. And that is how this tree has grown and is aptly named, A Tree named Poetree.

Must read for anyone who enjoys the company of books!

“POETREE” is a bouquet of poems perfectly curated for your life.
While reading the poetess’ poems, you’ll realize that though you and she might be on different life courses, how we feel about things and relate to stuff in our lives is so similar. It is the beauty of her poems of how relatable you’ll find them to be.
The poem’s last stanza captures the poem’s essence and has a bonus for you to have read till the end. It’s the life lessons from the poetess’ experience; one of them is how life is still beautiful and feeling things is yet important.
Her ability to weave figurative languages like metaphors, similes in her piece of writing; and to give plenty of symbolism in every poem for it means different for every person is just beyond me.
Given that she has been an educationist for decades, it purely reflects in her poetry.
All in all, I’d say you’re fortunate enough if you happen to stumble by this book online. You’ll meet a friend during its read, and few lessons await by your side.
P.S.: One of my favorite picks from the book are The Rose, Monotony, The Unfound Sky, The Year, Mother Earth, Eventually, Why my Dear, Prayer for myself; Nicolas Mudroz speaks to Ferdinand.
